Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is also called "Milan's Drawing Room" (Il Salotto di Milano). This beautiful building was designed by Italian
architect Giuseppe Mengoni. Mengoni fell to his death from the
scaffolding during the construction of Milan's Drawing Room.
